Your sequence data worked out within FREDIE will be made publically available through the FREDIE data portal.
In the FREDIE data portal you will find in future:
- The up to date online FREDIE identification system.
- Links to new publications about the diversity of European freshwater fishes, freshwater molluscs and mayflies.
- Up to date checklists of valid species of European freshwater fishes (already available), freshwater molluscs and mayflies.
The FREDIE data portal will be maintained permanently by ZFMK. All newly generated sequence data will be submitted to the NCBI Genbank and an integration into the global Barcoding initiative BOLD is planned.
